Flavour is nice - i like the combo cookies and cream. Ive used it basically one in the morning and night in a mixer - 300ml milk is what ive went for havent added water though would you recommend this? As for the quality its a decent shake and doesnt leave any aftertaste which is good - the previous protein I was consuming always left a lingering taste which wasnt so good but overall i think it is spot on ill probably be on the lookout again next month once this has finished and tenner is ideal pricing for me in my opinion.
